1) Terms and Conditions
The manufacturer/company will not be held responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business, or data) arising from your use or inability to use this product.
2) Payment and Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery is generally within 5-6 business days.
3) Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is only possible if the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
4) Returns and Refunds

For issues under conditions 1 & 2, we will arrange for a pickup. Refund or replacement will proceed once the complete product has been received and verified. Any missing or additionally damaged items, outside of those initially reported, will be deducted from the refunded balance. For replacements, any missing items must be paid for in advance before the replacement is shipped.
Refunds or replacements are not available for defect-free products due to variations in look, feel, or minor shade differences.
